These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Hollycorn N.V. as the operator of the online casino available at https://skycrown.games ("skycrown", the "Website") and set out the conditions under which you may access and use the Services offered to players in Australia. By creating an account, using the Website, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Effective date: 6 November 2025.

For certain payment services, Hollycorn N.V. acts through its payment agents Libergos Limited (Reg. No. HE 401569, Cyprus) and Friolion Limited (registered in Cyprus). You acknowledge that you access the Website from Australia on an offshore basis and that Australian Consumer Law and the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) generally do not regulate or protect your use of this offshore service.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following capitalised terms have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply in the singular and plural and to comparable terms such as "you" and "Player".
- Operator means Hollycorn N.V., registered in Curaçao under number 144359, with registered address at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, together with its authorised payment agents Libergos Limited and Friolion Limited, where relevant.
- Website means the online gambling platform operated by the Operator and accessible at https://skycrown.games and any sub-domains, mobile versions, and related applications branded as "skycrown".
- User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Website, creates an Account, or uses the Services, whether from Australia or any other permitted jurisdiction.
- Account means a personal, unique registration created by a Player on the Website for the purpose of using the Services, holding funds, participating in Games, and managing personal settings.

- Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in Curaçao or Cyprus, when banks are generally open for business.

Account Registration
Account creation and maintenance are subject to strict eligibility, verification, and security requirements designed to protect both you and the Operator, especially when you access the Website from Australia under an offshore licence.
- Eligibility and age: You may open an Account only if (a) you are at least 18 years old (or older if required in your place of residence), (b) you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction, and (c) you are registering and playing strictly in your own name and on your own behalf. By registering, you confirm that these statements are true and that you are not located in any prohibited jurisdiction listed on the Website from time to time.
- Single Account policy: You may hold only one Account with skycrown. Creating multiple Accounts, whether using different email addresses, identities, devices, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are identified, the Operator may close or merge them, cancel Bonuses, and void winnings associated with those Accounts.
- Registration process: To register, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, country of residence (such as Australia), email address, and a secure password. You may be required to verify your email address through a confirmation link and to accept these Terms and relevant policies before your Account is activated.
- KYC and ongoing verification: The Operator may, at registration or at any time during your relationship with skycrown, request KYC documents, including (i) a valid government-issued ID, (ii) proof of address, (iii) proof of ownership of payment methods used, and, where appropriate, (iv) information regarding the source of funds. You agree to provide such documents promptly and acknowledge that failure to do so may lead to restrictions, suspension, or closure of your Account and withholding of Withdrawals pending verification.
- Accuracy of data: You must keep all Account information true, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information, including misrepresenting your age, residence, or identity, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, cancellation of Bets, forfeiture of Bonuses, and potential reporting to relevant authorities in 2025 and thereafter.
- Password security and access: You are solely responsible for securing your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not disclose your password to any third party, allow others to use your Account, or access other players' Accounts. If you suspect that your Account is compromised, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support at support@skycrown.games or via live chat.
- Self-exclusion and responsible gambling: You may request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Services by contacting support or using any self-exclusion tools made available on the Website and in the Responsible Gaming Policy at https://skycrown.games/responsible-gaming. When applying any self-exclusion, you agree to refrain from attempting to open new Accounts or otherwise circumvent restrictions.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
All participation in Games on skycrown is governed by the specific rules of each Game, these Terms, and any additional rules or limits provided within the Game interface or help pages. As an offshore operator, skycrown offers Games to Australian players under its Curaçao licence, and you acknowledge that such gameplay is not regulated by Australian gambling authorities.
- Placing Bets: A Bet is deemed placed when you select a Game, choose your stake within the minimum and maximum limits shown in the Game interface, and confirm your Bet. A Bet is accepted once it is recorded on the Operator's servers. Once accepted, Bets generally cannot be cancelled or modified. The outcome of each Bet is determined by the Game's certified RNG or live dealer system, and the result is final once displayed.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum Bet limits as shown in the rules or on-screen information. The Operator may adjust limits, introduce table limits, or cap maximum payouts per Bet or per Player in accordance with internal risk management policies and supplier rules, particularly in 2025 as game offerings evolve.

If a Game malfunctions or displays incorrect information due to technical failures, the Operator may void affected Bets, cancel related winnings, and restore the balance to the state prior to the malfunction.
- Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in collusion, use automated software (bots), manipulate connection latency, exploit bugs, use VPNs or proxies in breach of location rules, or otherwise attempt to gain an unfair advantage. Any patterns of advantage play, chip-dumping, syndicate play, or other fraudulent conduct may result in suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of associated winnings.
- Live casino and chat conduct: Where live dealer Games and chat functions are available, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, other players, and staff. Hate speech, harassment, insults, obscene content, or attempts to promote external services or political / unlawful activities are prohibited. The Operator may mute or block chat access, remove your participation from a table, or suspend your Account in case of abusive behaviour.
- Time-outs and disconnections: If you lose connection during a Game, the outcome may be determined in your absence according to the Game's internal rules and recorded on the Operator's systems; in other cases, the Game may be rolled back. The Operator is not responsible for losses caused by your internet connection, device failures, or other technical issues outside its control, but will make reasonable efforts to ensure fairness and to reflect the true result of any Bet.
Bonus Terms
Bonuses and promotions on skycrown are offered at the Operator's discretion and are subject to these Terms, the dedicated Bonus Terms at https://skycrown.games/bonus-terms, and any specific conditions communicated in the relevant promotional materials. Australian players participate in promotions on the same offshore basis as other eligible players.
- Activation and eligibility: To receive a Bonus, you may need to opt in, enter a bonus code, or meet defined criteria such as a minimum Deposit amount or a specific action within a stated period in 2025. Eligibility may be limited by region, payment method, Account status, or prior participation. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or revoke any Bonus if you do not meet the eligibility conditions or if you are suspected of abuse.
- Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager a specified multiple of the Bonus amount, Deposit amount, or both before a Withdrawal of related funds is permitted. - Combining promotions: Unless explicitly allowed, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may apply to your Account at a time. - Bonus abuse and corrective measures: Where the Operator reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms or the Bonus Terms (for example, by creating multiple Accounts, using prohibited betting patterns, or misrepresenting your location or identity), the Operator may remove Bonuses, void Bonus-related winnings, adjust balances, and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate your Account. - Refunds, chargebacks, and reversals: Deposits are considered final once successfully processed. The Operator may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund request if (a) no Bets have been placed using the relevant funds and (b) there are reasonable grounds for a refund. If you initiate a chargeback or reversal with your bank or payment provider, this will be treated as a breach of these Terms. Limitation of Liability

No other rights are granted, and you obtain no ownership or proprietary rights in the Website or its content.
- Prohibited uses: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its software except as expressly permitted by mandatory law.
